About delivery: FOB & CIF are both OK. Please choose the convenient and cost effective one for you.

About warranty: For majority of our products, they have 2 years warranty, so you do not need to worry about this.

About price: Price of products is not unchangeable, it depends on the quality of products, and the volume you would like to order, it’s negotiable.

About OEM:  We offer OEM service and your logo and company name could be printed on the products by Hot Stamping, Printing, Silk-screen Printing or Sticker, we could modify the products as well as packing box based on your requirements.

About MOQ: Usually our MOQ is 1000pcs for color box, and you could order 1000pcs at one time, while deliver 500pcs for each time.

Q: We think your price is high, what could you do for this?

A: Generally speaking, our price is competitive, because we both know that high  price means losing of competitive advantage, customers absolutely like high qualified products with nice price. What’s more, if you still think our price is a little bit higher than others, the reason lies in the material, for example, the pole of tripod, other may use aluminum, while we use stainless steel with thicker diameter, which in other words, the difference of quality is obvious. I firmly believe that our customers will not only pay attention to the price of products, most importantly, should be the quality.

Q: Can you promise that goods you produced are always of the best quality?

A: We are very confident in the quality of our products. Any quality issue, we will deal with it immediately. As we pack them very well, usually you will receive your order in good condition.

Q: What if there is a customer complaint?

A: Generally speaking, any supplier would try their best to avoid the happening of complaints from customers. If it unfortunately happened, we will figure out the reason of the complaint the first time and give reasonable explanation as well as apology to our customers. Besides, we will take compensation methods to make up customers if it is due to our mistakes or neglects bringing them big loss. We definitely hope this would never happen forever.
